The Pre-Collision Assist System also comes with automatic emergency braking. This system uses camera technology to detect if you are getting ready to hit a pedestrian or vehicle. It works if you are driving at night or during the day. Ford Co-Pilot 360 also comes with post collision braking.
Post-collision braking has sensors that can detect a crash. After the crash, it will adjust the braking pressure in order to reduce the impact of an accident. Ford Co-Pilot Assist also features a lane keeping system. It works to help you stay in the right lane. If you go outside of the lane markers, then it will steer you to help you get back to the lane. The system doesn't work if you nudge your steering wheel.
